The journey in KSIT can be called bitter sweet and a memorable time to cherish lifelong. It was a learning experience as we were interacting with people from different backgrounds and mind-sets. Ananya week and department fests were a get away from the classes and refreshing for our minds. Our telecom department may be known to be strict but that is what keeps all the functioning organized and official. Perfection and timeliness are a must to survive here. As new responsibilities and opportunities wait for us ahead in the future we hope to use all we've learned in this institution and take back some nostalgic memories with us.

It's always fun to talk about college days, now, who would not like a walk down the memory lane ? It definitely is something that gets me excited! Although at start, it was challenging for me to manage my time given the number of internal tests, assignments all happening in quick time, the teachers have been very friendly and co-operative over the years. Taking a lot of trouble in making us understand the concepts, motivating and inspiring us at the same time. The staff along with being highly qualified, the experience they carried meant that they understood what a student was going through in any given phase of their life. Looking back at it now, I feel that was really important in making me a better person.

Ah !! 4 years of engineering! It seems like a long time, but after joining KSIT its been a fun ride from day one till now. Back in 2013 when I joined, expected college to be limited to academics and focused only on placements but later as semesters rolled on from first to second ,second to third and so on, I discovered that college is lot more than just academics, placements and core engineering. We had wonderful co-curricular activities and events which supplemented the regular college life. Industrial visits were organized which were fun yet effective way of learning.
Throughout the semesters I have gained knowledge, exposure ,lot of friends and made a lot of good memories which can be cherished throughout my life.
I thank all my teachers who cared for me, supported me, helped me bring out the best in myself and made me a better person.

Well, ENGINEERING was not something I had dreamt to be. Like they say, expect the unexpected and I landed up in Bangalore from Mangalore, more specifically in KSIT for Telecommunication Engineering.
The department extended a warm welcome. Physics theorems, Chemistry experiments, round-table gossips, Hut tea - tea breaks, violating rules to play holi, Cold wars, Silly fights, Ananya practice sessions, Project reviews, Seminars and I can go on and on. My journey was a roller coaster ride with me trying hard to cope up with Academics and extracurricular activities.
The department has given me a lot of Eureka moments and now, I do know how to apply a part of what I learnt all these years.
